In my opinion officer Ryan Howard it probably the worst officer I've ever had dealings with understandable small towns have a tendency to be what's considered speed traps or how to get money but with officer Howard going to the jail and setting bail talking with the county and the state they say that he is probably the most popular officer arresting people for minimal charges and taking him to jail me personally I will avoid the town and if I did live in town and was a gun point I would not call him for help again just my opinion everyone can decide for themselves
